Service Description
Welcome to the Turks and Caicos! Please arrive to Southbank Marina 15-20 minutes prior to your boat departure. Parking is free of charge at the marina and you're welcome to wait in the marina cafe while the captain pulls the boat around to the waterway area just in front of the cafe. Be sure to bring towels, swimwear, sunscreen and water shoes to make the most of your trip. During the excursion, you'll enjoy a premier sound system with bluetooth capability, vibrant sea life while snorkeling and visit stunning locations such as Iguana Island on Little Water Cay, home to the unique rock iguanas. Snorkeling gear and life vests are provided. Small bites such as slider sandwiches and fresh fruit will be provided in addition to rum punch, local beer, water and a selection of sodas. *Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when booking and we will do our best to accommodate special requests. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.
Cancellation Policy
At Seaside Tours LTD, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties: -More than 30 days before departure: A full refund of your booking payment minus a small administrative fee to cover processing costs. -14-30 days before departure: 50% of your booking payment will be refunded. -Less than 14 days before departure: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
